4. Transfer of Your Personal Data
In accordance with basic principles foreseen in the law on Personal data protection (Law on PDP) and to the article 8 of the law on Personal data protection (Law on PDP), and in condition of limitation with above listed Purposes determined by Mesu, Mesu may transfer your personal data processed in the scope of described purposes to the state institutions and organizations in the necessary situations, to the companies from which we take supporting service with the purpose to perform our business activities and in the framework of the legal limitation and juristically obligations.

5. Collecting Methods of Your Personal Data and Legal Reason
Your personal data are collected by Mesu through the camera recording system, website entering and record system and similar channels like them and based on legal reasons to develop the services presented by us and to execute our business activities. In this context, your personal data may be processed and transferred by providing explicit consent in the light of the foreseen principles stipulated in the article 4.2 of the Law on personal data protection (Law on PDP) or without explicit consent, in the presence of situations stated in articles 5.2 and 6.3 of the Law on personal data protection (Law on PDP).

• To request the removal of damage if you are harmed due to unlawful processing of your personal data.

Although it is essential that no fee is requested in relation to the requests, if the transaction also requires a cost, Mesu reserves the right to demand a fee over the fee schedule determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
